Multi-user and multi-platform
Each operator has his account to access the management system and see the jobs he is enabled to. On each job multiple users can interact to insert and modify data, without any risk of interference. Each operator works independently and safely, according to the privileges that have been assigned to him.
The connection to the management system is based on persistent connections, in this way a data entered or modified will be immediately visible and managed by other users. Without the need to refresh and without mistake a change is not managed or overwritten by others.
The Event Management Platform can run in the same way on Windows and Macintosh computers, on iPads and in general iOS systems and on any computer and device with a modern web browser, thanks to the web interface that simulates the native application.
Management website
The customer or the project managers finally have a wonderful tool for monitoring the progress of the organizing office. They will have access to real-time data to check the evolution of the recordings, extrapolate the report independently and see the data sheets of each individual participant.
From a reserved area of the registration website, with a personal account, they can access from any computer, tablet or smartphone, simply with a web browser.
The reserved area is fully configurable according to needs, it contains the always updated data in visualization only.
Lists and reports in Excel
Directly from the management platform is possible to create excel models that can be quickly exported. Each excel model can be customized with the chosen data by entering the specific fields of the invitee or any other data related to it.
It will also be possible to customize the models for the rooming list, order and names of the columns according to requirements and the second sheet with the counts of the room nights by type of room.
Each excel model can be exported by choosing whether to insert all the guests or only the group selected by a search.
Complex searches by an easy way
The search tool allows complex searches in an intuitive way, easy for the operator to understand. All you need to do is activate the search function and the same display screen turns into the search mode, all the data contained in the visible fields are immediately searchable.
Multiple search requests, with the option of omission requests, allow you to filter a group of guests in an extremely precise way. For example: Find all the guests who have the PRESS category, who have not yet registered, omitting those who have already received the invitation email.
Each search can be saved, so you have quick access to recurring searches.
QR code always ready
Directly from the system it will be possible to generate the QR code, both in massive mode and in manual mode on the individual card of the person. The generated QR code can be inserted in the summary email templates or in the automatic email template. The participant will receive the email with the QR code as an inline image in the body of the message.
Showing the email with the QR code will speed up the accreditation procedures.
Hotel allotment management
Hotel management is always a sore point in all event organizations. The management platform for the organizing office helps work on hotel reservations, keeps track of all guests’ in and out, the type of room and who shares it with someone, as well as the special needs on that overnight stay.
